The Annual Enrollment Period for Davidson County Schools employees will take place May 17th through August 1st. During this time, you will have the availability to make changes to certain benefits online. For changes to other benefits, you will need to meet with a Benefits Representative. Benefits available for online enrollment include:
FBA Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Ameritas Dental Plans
Superior Vision Plans
From May 20th through May 31st, Benefit Representatives from Mark III will be scheduled for appointments to meet with you to review your benefits and assist you with any changes you need to make.
Changes made during the enrollment period will become effective September 1st.
REMEMBER: The Annual Enrollment Period is the only time you are able to make changes to your benefits. Changes outside of this timeframe are only permitted if you experience a Qualified Event outlined by the IRS. If you should experience a Qualified Event, you have 30 days from the Event Date to make a change to your benefits.
