Randolph County Schools is offering all full-time employees a comprehensive Cafeteria Benefits program. The Cafeteria Benefits program is arranged by Mark III Brokerage, an employee benefits firm that has worked in the public sector for the last 33 years The Cafeteria Benefits program allows you to pay for certain insurance premiums, child-care, and unreimbursed medical expenses before taxes are taken out of your paycheck. Paying for these benefits by this method reduces your income & FICA taxes and increases your take home pay. The Cafeteria Benefits program includes pre-tax and after-tax products listed below.

• The Open Enrollment Period is September 14 thru September 25, 2009.

• The Plan Year is from November 1, 2010 to October 31, 2011.

• A Mark III representative will be conducting informational meetings at all locations.
